KEA Exam Scam

KEA Exam Scam: The CID police made significant strides in the investigation of the KEA exam Bluetooth scam by arresting two principals from government junior colleges. The individuals in question, Chandrakanth Burakal, the principal of Karjagi Government Junior College located in Afzalpur taluk, and Basanna Pujar, the principal of Afzalpur Government Junior College, were taken into custody.

Their arrest comes as a pivotal development in the ongoing probe into the alleged leakage of the KEA exam question paper. The CID police have linked these principals to the dissemination of the confidential exam material, facilitated through Bluetooth technology.

This situation has made waves in schools and colleges, making people worried about how exams are done. It shows we need better rules to make sure tests are fair and everyone plays by the rules.

Arrests in KEA Bluetooth Exam Fraud

During the recruitment examination on October 28, KEA conducted an exam to fill vacant positions for First Division Assistants (FDA) across multiple departments, boards, and corporations. However, over 20 candidates were apprehended in Kalaburagi and Yadgir for purportedly using Bluetooth gadgets to cheat during the exam.

On October 28, they were on duty for overseeing the KEA exam at Royal Public School. Burakal held the position of center head, with Pujari serving as the custodian. Allegations suggest their involvement in the question paper leak on that particular day. As the CID police investigated, the accused disclosed the method through which they leaked the KEA exam questions.

According to their statement, the CID police had previously interrogated them several days ago, and they were brought to the court. Additionally, there are allegations that Burakal permitted someone to impersonate a candidate during the examination.
