SSC CGL 2023 Mains Exam Shift Timing
The Staff Selection Commission conducted SSC CGL main exam 2023 online only. The Commission released the SSC CGL Main exam shift timing on February 24. The Commission conducted the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam on all days except on March 4. On March 4, the Commission conducted the SSC CGL Tier 2 Paper 2 and 3 only. SSC CGL 2023 Mains Exam Structure
The candidates should note that the SSC CGL 2023 Main exam was conducted from March 2 to 7. This was the first occasion when the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam was conducted based on the new exam pattern and syllabus. The SSC CGL 2023 main exam had four sections in the Paper 1. The Paper 2 and 3 papers were also conducted online as Computer Based Exam (CBE). The SSC CGL 2023 main exam has the following structure:

SSC CGL 2023 Mains Exam is followed by the Final Result
The candidates should note that the SSC CGL Main exam is the last exam before the final result. The Commission changed the exam pattern this year removing the separate skill test and Document Verification (DV) stage. The DV will now be conducted at the concerned departments.

SSC CGL 2023 Main exam was conducted for 37,409 vacancies. In the original notification, the Commission mentioned that there will be over 20,000 vacancies in the exam. But later, the Commission mention that there will be 37,409 vacancies. The Commission released the SSC CGL vacancy list on February 7.
