NRA CET 2022 Exam Pattern Announced; Exam to be Held in Oct-Dec 2022

NRA CET exam pattern 2022 announced

NRA CET exam pattern 2022 has been announced. The exam to be held in Oct-Dec.

The special committee formed for NRA CET has recommended that the first edition of the Common Eligibility Test will be conducted in third quarter (October-December) of FY 2022-2023. NRA CET 2022 will be a single-tier examination to be eligible for Tier 2 or mains exam of concerned recruitment body. The committee has recommended that the result of NRA CET with the candidate’s percentile, score and rank should be published within six months of examination. The mode of NRA CET will be decided based on the number of applicants.

NRA CET Exam Pattern 2022

As three recruitment bodies will be amalgamated-Staff Selection Commission, Railway Recruitment Board and IBPS, NRA CET exam pattern 2022 will be divided into two parts-A and B. Part A will consist of Basic Aptitude, Test of Reasoning, Verbal Ability, General Science and General Knowledge. Part B paper will test the candidate’s psychology and response to certain situations, qualifying in nature, yet mandatory for final appointments. All gazetted posts of Government of India and post of Probationary Officers in public sector banks will have separate admission tests as conducted by individual recruitment bodies. There will be at least one exam centre in each district of the country. Initially, the test will be conducted in 12 languages including Hindi and English. Later on all the languages mentioned in the 8th Schedule of the Constitution will be added.

The special committee for NRA CET has also recommended to provide equal opportunity and maintain transparency, a fixed number of attempts with other essential qualifications should be made applicable with respect to unreserved and reserved category students likewise.
