RRB Group D 2024: More than 50,000 Vacancies to be Released Soon
RRB Group D 2024 notification will be released soon to fill up more than 50,000 vacancies. RRB Group D application form 2024 will be released along with the notification. Both IIT and Non-ITI candidates can apply for RRB Group D exam. RRB Group D age limit is 18 to 33 years. Read below for more details.
Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) will soon release RRB Group D 2024 notification. According to media reports, more than 50,000 vacancies in different railway zones will be filled through RRB Group D exam. Candidates must have passed Class 10 (High School) and have National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by the National Council for Vocational Training. Candidates who have passed Class 10 and ITI are also eligible for the exam. Both ITI and Non-ITI candidates can apply for RRB Group D exam. RRB Group D application form 2024 will be released along with the notification.

RRB Group D Revised Eligibility Criteria 2024
According to the revised RRB eligibility criteria, the minimum education qualification for candidates applying to the technical departments that is Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical and Signal & Telecom departments) and catering wing of Railways will be Class 10 pass plus National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by National Council for Vocational Training or Class 10 pass plus ITI. The revised eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification is applicable for all future recruitments notified after June 15, 2019 in Level-1 posts. Earlier, NAC or ITI was not mandatory to apply for RRB Group D exam. RRB Group D age limit is 18 to 33 years.
How to fill RRB Group D Application Form 2024?
The steps to fill RRB Group D application form 2024 are given below:
- Visit the official website-http://www.rrbcdg.gov.in/
- Click on the ‘New Registration’ link
- Register for the exam by entering details such as name, date of birth and father’s name, mother’s name, Aadhaar Number, SSLC/Matric registration number, year of passing, mobile number, email ID and then submit the registration form
- Upon registration, registration number and password are generated
- In Part I of the application page, provide the details of educational qualification, community, gender, religion, Ex-Servicemen, CCAA, Minority, Economically Backward Class and Age Relaxation and other details
- In Part II of the application page, enter the priority/preference of the RRB Group D posts
- Pay the application fees using Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI and Offline Challan
- Choose the exam languages-Hindi, English, Urdu, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, and Telugu
- Fill details of photo ID card
- Enter bank details for a fee refund
- Upload scanned images of photograph, signature and category certificate for SC/ST candidates
- Agree to the terms and conditions and submit the application form
