The candidates should note that the SSC CGL Tier 1 Shift 2 exam will start at 11. 45 AM. The entry for the shift was already started on 10.30 AM.

The candidates who appeared in the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam shared their valuable feedback about the exam. Most of the candidates find General Awareness questions tough due to the enormity of its syllabus. The Commission asked Music related questions in the exam. Rest all the sections were easy.

SSC CGL Tier 1 Shift 1 will be over by 10 00 AM. It is expected that the candidates will come out by 10.10 AM and after that they will share their feedback.

The candidates is expected to get the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam analysis 2023 at 10.15. The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam shift1 will end at 10.00 AM.

The candidates should note that there is no sectional time limit for the candidate. The candidates should practice reading, understand and solving the question in less than one minute. Speed and accuracy are the two main components of the success in the exam. 

The candidates should note that amid heavy rains and flood-like conditions, The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam shift 1 started on time. The Commission started the exam at 9.00 AM.

The candidates should understand that SSC CGL Tier 1 Shift 1 will end at 10 A.M. The candidates will come out from the examination centre by 10.30 AM. The candidates will start getting the SSC CGL 2023 exam analysis by 11 AM

The candidates are required to carry one photo identity proof and one proof of date of birth. The Commission released the list of documents which can be carried to the examination centre to substantiate the claims made in the application. The list of documents is given below:

The candidates should note that the SSC KKR was the first region which released the SSC CGL Tier 1 application status as well as the admit card for the exam.  The SSC Kerala - Karnataka regional websites is the frontrunner for all the exam related releases assigned to the regions.

The SSC CGL Tier 1 application status informs the candidates about their exam date and the city of examination. It does not inform about the shift of the exam and the reporting time. The candidates should calculate their admit card download date because the admit card is released four days before the exam date of the candidate.

The Staff Selection Commission released the SSC CGL Tier 1 admit card through the regional websites only. The candidates can see here the steps to download the SSC CGL 2023 Admit cards

The Staff Selection Commission releases the SSC CGL Tier 1 admit card, four days before the exam date of the candidate. The regional website of SSC released the SSC CGL Tier 1 admit card 2023 on July 10 for the candidates having their exam on July 14.

The candidates should note that the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam will be conducted in multiple shifts on multiple days. The Staff Selection Commission conduct the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam as per the shifts mentioned in the official SSC CGL Tier 1 admit card.

The candidates who appeared in SSC CGL Tier 1 exam will get their response sheet and the tentative answer key. They should calculate their marks from the tentative answer key in the manner shown below:

The candidates should note that there is a negative marking in the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam 2023. The candidates need to abstain from doing the guesswork in the SSC CGL exam. There is a negative marking of one by four in the SSC CGL exam. It means that each three incorrect answers will eat up the markets secured in the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam.  The candidates can see below the quantum of negative marking in the paper.

The candidates should note that no marks will be deducted if the answer options were correct.

The SSC CGL 2023 exam will be conducted as a Computer-Based Exam (CBE) at the designated exam centres. The candidates should note that the exam duration of the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam is One hour only. The candidates are required to solve 100 questions in one hour.

Due to heavy rain and floods in the Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir, the SSC North Western Region postponed the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam 2023 at various exam centres. The Commission released a notice in this regard on July 13 and also released the new (revised) SSC CGL Tier 1 admit card on its official website.

The SSC CGL exam can be postponed because the candidates are demanding this because of the heavy rain and flood-like situation in Northern India. The candidates would not be able to commute and reach to the examination centre as the public modes of transportation are collapsed in the flood-affected area.

The Staff Selection Commission will conduct the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam based on the shift timing given in the admit card. The candidates should report at their exam centres well before the reporting time mentioned in their admit card.
