UGC NET 2022 Exam Postponed for Telugu & Marathi Subjects; check NTA official notice here

UGC NET 2022 Telugu & Marathi Exams Postponed

National Testing Agency (NTA) has postponed the UGC NET 2022 examination for Telugu (Subject Code 27) and Marathi (Subject Code 38) subjects. The Telugu and Marathi subjects papers of UGC NET December 2021 and June 2022 merged cycles were scheduled to be held on July 9, 2022. The new UGC NET exam date 2022 for these subjects will be announced in the due course.

As per the official notice of UGC NET 2022 postponement, the NTA states that the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Governments have their own exams on July 9, 2022. Hence, due to administrative or logistics reasons, the said UGC NET subject papers have been postponed until further notice.

The UGC NET 2022 exam for other subjects that are scheduled to be held on July 9, 11 and 12, 2022 will be held as scheduled. The UGC NET admit card 2022 for these exams has been released by the NTA.

The UGC NET December 2021 and June 2022 merged cycles exam is being held in two phases- Phase 1 is on July 9, 11 and 12, 2022 and Phase 2 exam is on July 12, 13 and 14, 2022. The UGC NET date sheet 2022 has been released for the Phase 1 exam as of now. The date sheet for the Phase 2 exam will be released soon.
