UGC NET Application Correction Window

The NTA activated the application correction window on November 1, 2023, according to the official notification by the UGC & NTA. Earlier, the application date was extended on October 27, 2023, previously, the UGC NET application correction dates were October 30 & 31, 2023. The candidates can make corrections to the UGC NET application form by following the steps given below:

• Visit the official website- ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
• Click the ‘Correction Window of Online Application form …’ link.
• Login using the application number, password, and security pin.
• Click on the ‘Correction in application form’ link.
• Read the instructions and click on the agreement box.
• Make the required corrections.
• Pay the additional fee, if any.
• Save and submit the form.

Changes Allowed in UGC NET application form 2023

Candidates can make changes or corrections in any of the particulars of the UGC NET application form 2023, excluding the fields mentioned below:

For candidates who have verified Aadhaar Card	No change allowed in the mobile number, email address, permanent address & correspondence address No change allowed in the candidate’s name, date of birth, and gender No change is allowed in the photo Change is allowed either in the father’s name or mother’s name (anyone only)
For candidates who have not verified the Aadhaar for modification	No change allowed in the mobile number, email address, permanent address & correspondence address No change is allowed in the photo Change is allowed either in the candidate’s name or father’s name or mother’s name (anyone only)
