NTA (National Testing Agency) has activated the application correction window for the UGC NET December 2022 Cycle. The candidates can make application corrections till January 20, 2023. The candidates who have already registered for the UGC NET December 2022 Cycle exam can avail themselves for the online application corrections. UGC NET Application Correction 2023: Complete Process 

The candidates who want to make corrections in the UGC NET application form must follow the steps below: 

• Go to the official website- ugcnet.nta.nic.in. 
• Login using the application number, password and security pin. 
• Click on the ‘Correction in application form’ link. 
• Read the instructions and click on the agreement box. 
• Make the required corrections. 
• Pay the additional fee, if any. 
• Save and submit the form. 

Changes allowed in UGC NET Application Form 2023 

NTA allows the candidates to make corrections in the application form in specific sections. The specific sections which are editable has been given below for the candidates: 

For the candidates who have verified Adhaar Card 

• No change allowed in the mobile number, email address, permanent address & correspondence address 
• No change allowed in the candidate’s name, date of birth, and gender 
• No change is allowed in the photo 
• Change is allowed either in the father’s name or the mother’s name (anyone only) 

For the candidates who have not verified their Adhaar Card  

• No change allowed in the mobile number, email address, permanent address & correspondence address 
• No change is allowed in the photo 
• Change is allowed either in the candidate’s name or father’s name or mother’s name (anyone only)
