UPPSC PCS 2024 Exam Postponed; Know Details

UPPSC PCS 2024 exam, which was all set to be held on March 17, 2024, has been postponed till further notice. 

Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has notified that the UPPSC PCS 2024 exam has been postponed till further notice. The notification also added that the examination is expected to be held in July 2024.

Earlier, the UPPSC PCS 2024 exam was scheduled to be held on March 17, 2024 and UPPSC 2024 Admit Card was just about to be released on the official site - uppsc.up.nic.in.

The official notification in this regard says, "With reference to the Combined State/Senior Subordinate Services (Pvt) Examination 2024 advertised under the Commission's advertisement number A-1/E-1/2024 dated January 1, 2024, it is hereby informed that the examination in question which was to be conducted on March 17, 2024, is postponed due to unavoidable reasons, the examination in question is likely to be held in the month of July 2024, information about which will be given in the due course of time."

 

UPPSC PCS 2024 Exam: More Details

The Commission will conduct the UPPSC prelims exam in offline mode. There will be two papers in the UPPSC 2024 prelims exam. UPPSC prelims CSAT paper is qualifying-only exam and the candidates need to score a minimum of score 33 per cent marks in the paper which is of a total 66 marks.

Following this notification UPPSC 2024 Admit Card will also be released later, which is a crucial document to be carried by the candidates at the examination centre. There is no announcement on the release date of UPPSC 2024 Admit Card yet, it is expected to be announced later.
