The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has announced the interview schedule for the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Service Exam 2022-23. Candidates can download the schedule from the official website at uppsc.up.nic.in. A direct link is also provided here.

The commission will conduct the UPPSC Combined State/Upper Subordinate Interview from February 20, 2023 onwards. All those candidates who have successfully qualified the Combined Upper Subordinate Service Main Exam 2022-23 can download the UPPSC PCS Interview Schedule 2022-23 from the official website of the UPPSC at uppsc.up.nic.in.

According to the notification released by the commission, the interview is scheduled to be conducted from February 20, 2023, to March 21, 2023, in two shifts. The interview will be conducted in two shifts: 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Candidates who have cleared the UPPSC Mains 2022-23 can download their interview call letter after providing their login credentials at the link provided below or at the home page. Also, candidates can check the details of the interview date/timing with the range of roll numbers as displayed on the official website.

It is to be noted that a total of 1070 candidates have qualified in the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Mains Exam 2022-23. According to the selection process for the  Combined State/Upper Subordinate, all the qualified candidates will have to appear in the interview round.

About UPPSC Interview

The UPPSC interview is the last round of the UPPSC exam. Candidates who qualify for the main exam will be eligible for or called for an interview or personality interview. The interview is for 100 marks. A board is appointed by the UPPSC to interview the candidates. The main goal of the interview is for a board of competent and unbiased observers to assess the candidate's personal suitability for a career in the state services. Also, candidates should be aware of the affairs happening both within and outside their state or country. It also test the analytical ability of a candidate.
