UPPSC RO/ARO exam 2024: Aspirants demand exam cancellation under #CANCEL_ROARO2023_EXAM

UPPSC Review Officer / Assistant Review Officer exam 2024 was held on February 11, 2024. After the reports of paper leak emerged, the candidates have been demanding re-examination and cancellation of examination under the #CANCEL_ROARO2023_EXAM. RO/ARO (Main) examination-2023 scheduled to be held on July 28, 2024.

UPPSC established a three-member internal probe committee which is probing the allegations of a paper leak during the preliminary examination. The Committee is trying to find out if any paper leak actually occurred, and if so, how it will impact the final exams, as reported by Hindustan Times.

"To ensure that such incidents do not happen again, the Commission should be able to make video recordings of all activities ranging from the opening of question paper packets in the presence of candidates to the examination centre. From the time the question paper is prepared till the question paper reaches the hands of the candidates at the examination center on the scheduled date, all the employees related to its preparation should be kept underground. In the same way that the order of the questions is shuffled, the order of the answer options for the question should be shuffled," said RO/ARO candidates.
