UPSC CDS Result 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will release the Combined Defence Services result anytime soon on the official website. However, according to the previous trends of the CDS 1 exam, the UPSC CDS result 2024 will be released in the second week of May 2024 (Tentatively). The result will be released as a PDF that will comprise the names and roll numbers of the qualified candidates.
The CDS 1 2024 exam was conducted on April 21, 2024, for OTA (Officers' Training Academy), IMA (Indian Military Academy), AFA (Air Force Academy), and INA (Indian Naval Academy).

UPSC CDS Result 2024: Calculate Marks from Answer Key
- There is a penalty for wrong answers; for the correct answer, the candidate will allot the marks assigned to the question.
- There is a negative marking for an incorrect answer. 1/3 marks are deducted as per the CDS exam pattern.
- If a candidate gives more than one answer, it will be treated as a wrong answer and a penalty of 1/3 marks will be deducted.
- If a candidate does not attempt a question, then there will be no penalty for that question.
- The scores of a candidate will be calculated by the UPSC, which is based on the number of correct answers after applying the penalty for wrong answers.
