UPSC IAS 2023 DAF 1 application process begins at upsc.gov.in; Know how to register
Candidates must note that submission of DAF 1 does not automatically guarantee admission to the civil services Main exam 2023. The commission will release the e-admit card, along with the timetable for the examination on its official website for eligible candidates. UPSC IAS 2023 DAF 1 Application Process Begins
UPSC IAS 2023 DAF 1Application: The Union Public Service Commission has commenced the online process of UPSC Indian Administrative Service Detailed Application Form 1 (IAS DAF 1). Candidates must note that UPSC DAF 1 is available on the official website, i.e. upsc.gov.in. Candidates who have successfully qualified for the preliminary examination can fill UPSC IAS DAF 1. The last date to fill out DAF is July 19 till 6 PM.
Candidates must note that submission of DAF 1 does not automatically guarantee admission to the civil services Main exam 2023. The commission will release the e-admit card, along with the timetable for the examination on its official website for eligible candidates. E-admit card along with the schedule will release approximately three to four weeks before the commencement of the exam.
Candidates are advised to immediately inform the commission of any changes in their postal address, email address or mobile number after submitting the form.
How to fill UPSC IAS DAF 1 2023?
Candidates may follow the below-mentioned steps to fill UPSC IAS DAF 1 2023:
- Go to the official website, i.e. upsc.gov.in.
- Enter required details and register
- After completing UPSC IAS DAF 1 registration, login credentials will be sent to the candidate’s mobile number and email.
- Log in by using the registered credentials.
- Fill out the application form.
- Upload the scanned copies of the required documents and submit the UPSC IAS 2023 DAF 1.
Earlier, the commission declared the result of the preliminary examination on June 12. Qualified candidates need to log in through the OTR portal to access and submit the DAF 1.
