UPSC IAS 2023 Notification Released. Check Vacancies, Steps To Apply Here

All the candidates who are interested can now download the notification by visiting the official website; i.e.upsc.gov.in. Candidates can also apply on the other website, upsconline.nic.in.

UPSC Notification 2023: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the UPSC IAS Notification 2023 Prelims today; i.e. February 1, 2023. All the candidates who are interested can now download the notification by visiting the official website; i.e.upsc.gov.in. Candidates can also apply on the other website, upsconline.nic.in.

As per the notification released by the Commission, the last date to apply for the UPSC Prelims 2023 is on or before February 21, 2023 by 6 pm. The UPSC Exams 2023 will be held on May 28, 2023. 

UPSC CSE 2023: Vacancies

"The number of vacancies to be filled through the examination is expected to be approximately 1,105 which include 37 vacancies reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disability Category, i.e. 7 Vacancies for candidates of (a) blindness and low vision; 5 Vacancies for (b) deaf and hard of hearing; 15 Vacancies for (c) locomotor disability including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims and muscular dystrophy; and 10 Vacancies for (e) multiple disabilities from amongst persons under clauses (a) to (c) including deaf-blindness. The final number of vacancies may undergo change after getting firm number of vacancies from Cadre Controlling Authorities," the notification mentioned.

UPSC CSE 2023: Steps to fill the UPSC CSE application form 2023

Candidates can follow the simple steps given below to fill the UPSC IAS Application Form 2023:

• Visit the official website of UPSC- upsconline.nic.in
• Click on the Exam Notifications tab.
• Click on Apply Online link.
• Click on the link available for Civil Services Part-I registration.
• Read the application form instructions carefully and click on Yes.
• Once all the details are filled in, click on Continue. Check all details in the online form carefully and click on Submit

UPSC IAS Prelims 2023: Age Limits

A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years on the August 1, 2023 i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than August 2, 1991 and not later than August 1, 2002.
