UPSC Prelims Result 2023 DECLARED @upsc.gov.in; Know how to check Civil Services preliminary results

Candidates who have appeared for Civil Services preliminary examination can now check their UPSC 2023 Preliminary results through the official site of UPSC at upsc.gov.in.

UPSC 2023: Union Public Service Commission has declared the UPSC Prelims Result 2023 today, i.e. June 12, 2023. Candidates who have appeared for Civil Services preliminary examination can now check their UPSC 2023 Preliminary results through the official site of UPSC at upsc.gov.in. A total of 14,616 candidates have qualified for the UPSC IAS Mains exam 2023. Candidates must note that UPSC 2023 prelims result has been published in a PDF file, featuring the roll numbers of the qualified candidates for the Civil Services (Main) Examination 2023. Candidates can check and download the UPSC Prelims 2023 Result PDF at CSP_2023_WRWN_En_120623.pdf (upsc.gov.in). 

It is important to note that the candidature of these candidates is provisional, and as per the examination rules, they need to reapply through the Detailed Application Form-I (DAF-I) for the Civil Services (Main) Examination 2023. The Commission will announce the dates and provide important instructions for filling up and submitting the DAF-I on its website in due course.

An official notice released on UPSC Result 2023 reads, “Candidates are also informed that marks, cut off marks and answer keys of CS (P) Examination, 2023 will be uploaded on the Commission’s website i.e. https://upsc.gov.in only after the entire process of the Civil Services Examination, 2023 is over i.e. after the declaration of final result."

How to check UPSC Prelims Result 2023?

The commission conducted the UPSC 2023 prelims written examination on May 28, 2023 at various exam centres across the country. Candidates may follow the steps give below to check the UPSC Preliminary 2023 results:

• Go to the official site of UPSC at upsc.gov.in.
• On the homepage, navigate and click on UPSC Civil Services Prelims Result 2023 link available.
• A new PDF file will open where candidates can check the results.
• Download the page and keep a hard copy of the same for further need.
