BHU UG admission 2024 registrations will close today. Candidates will be able to apply for UG courses through CUET scores online. NTA announced CUET result 2024 on July 28. Banaras Hindu University (BHU) will end the UG Admission Combined Allotment Program (CAP-UG) 2024 registration today. Candidates can apply for admission to BHU UG courses through CUET scores at bhucuet.samarth.edu.in. Candidates who have not entered the BHU as college preference in CUET 2024 application form will also be able to apply for BHU UG 2024 admission. Candidates must create the login credentials to appear for the admission process. Based on the CUET scores, candidates must map the CUET subjects carefully and fulfill the programme eligibility.

Steps to fill BHU CAP UG 2024 Application Form

Candidates who have appeared for CUET 2024 exam can follow the steps below to apply for BHU CAP UG 2024:

Step 1- Visit BHU CAP UG 2024 official link- bhucuet.samarth.edu.in

Step 2- Click on tab 'New registration'

Step 3- enter the personal details and OTP sent on registered email ID

Step 4- Re-login with the credentials created

Step 5- Fill the BHU CAP UG 2024 application form by entering/uploading the following details:

  • Personal details
  • Academic details
  • Uploading of required documents
  • Programme preference

Step 6- Pay the CUET BHU CAP UG 2024 application fee:

Q:   Is CUET exam registration open?

A:

Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2025 registration will commence in the last week of February 2025. NTA will release the CUET 2025 notification. Soon after the release of the notification, the CUET registration 2025 process will commence online at cuetug-ac.ntaonline.in. Candidates willing to appear for the CUET 2025 exam must ensure that they fill out the application form online. CUET 2025 registration will end in the first week of April 2025. Further to the last date, candidates will not be able to fill out the CUET application form. No request for extension of CUET registration until the last date will be entertained.

Before filling out the application form, candidates must ensure they fulfil the prescribed CUET eligibility criteria to qualify for the entrance exam. 

Q:   How many subjects can a candidate choose in CUET UG while filling the application form?

A:

The numbers for choosing CUET sujects is five.  

Section 1A- (13 languages) Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Odia, Bengali, Assamese, Punjabi, English, Hindi, and Urdu.

Section 2- (23 subjects) Accountancy/ Book Keeping,  Biology/ Biological Studies/ Biotechnology/Biochemistry,  Business Studies,  Chemistry,  Computer Science/ Informatics Practices,  Economics/ Business Economics, Geography/Geology,  History,  Home Science,  Knowledge Tradition and Practices of India,  Environmental Science,  Mathematics,  Physical Education/ NCC /Yoga,  Physics,  Political Science,  Psychology,  Sociology,  Agriculture,  Mass Media/ Mass Communication,  Anthropology,  Fine Arts/ Visual Arts (Sculpture/ Painting)/Commercial Arts,  Performing Arts – (i) Dance (Kathak/ Bharatnatyam/ Oddisi/ Kathakali/Kuchipudi/ Manipuri (ii) Drama- Theatre (iii) Music General (Hindustani/ Carnatic/ Rabindra Sangeet/ Percussion/ Non-Percussion),  Sanskrit [For all Shastri (Shastri 3 years/ 4 years Honours), and Tourism

Section 3- General test

Q:   What is the last date for filling CUET application form?

A:

National Testing Agency will commence the CUET 2025 registration in last week of February 2025. Soon after the release of the CUET notification candidates candidates can check the important dates pertaining to CUET 2025. The last date for CUET 2025 registration is expected to be in first week of April 2025. 

Candidats will be required to fill the CUET application form within the given time frame, failing which no request for extension of the CUET registration last date will be entertained. NTA does not provide the window for late fee payment. CUET 2025 application process will be in online mode. No physical copies of the CUET application form must be sent to the authorities.

Q:   What is CUET DU registration fee?

A:

CUET DU registration fee varies on the basis of category. The CUET registrations for Delhi University has commenced. Candidates can now register online at CUET DU CSAS portal 2024. Refer the table below to know the CUET DU form fee:

Q:   When will CUET application form correction window open?

A:

The CUET UG 2025 application form correction window will open at cuetug.ntaonline.in. Candidates who will have submitted their CUET application form and wish to edit the details entered the details will be able to do so within stipulated time period. Candidates will be able to make changes in any one of the following fields of the CUET 2025 application form:

  • Candidate Name or

  • Father Name or

  • Mother Name or

  • Photograph - Image Upload or

  • Signature – Image Upload

  • Date of birth

  • Gender

  • Category

  • PwBD

Candidates are allowed to make changes in all the fields given below:

  • Class 10 or equivalent details

  • Class 12 or equivalent details

  • Exam centre city selection (all four preferences)

  • Medium of question paper

  • Subject/Test Paper Code

  • University and Programme selection
