CUET PG 2024 registration deadline extends to Feb 7

CUET PG 2024 registration: On request of candidates, the National Testing Agency has once again extended the last date to apply for the CUET PG 2024 exam. Today, was the last date to apply but now candidates can apply by February 7, 2024, up to 11:50 pm. 

“The candidates and concerned stakeholders are informed that registration of Common University Entrance Test [CUET(PG)] – 2024 has been extended on request received from candidates and other stakeholders,” reads the official notification.

As per the revised CUET PG 2024 schedule, the CUET PG 2024 application fee can now be submitted by February 8, 2024, up to 11:50 pm. The application correction window will remain open from February 9, 2024, to February 11, 2024.

 

How to apply for CUET PG 2024 

To do the CUET PG 2024 registration, the candidates need to follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of CUET PG at pgcuet.samarth.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the CUET PG 2024 registration link 

Step 3: A new page will open where candidates will have to register themselves.

Step 4:Log in to the account and fill out the application form and make the payment of application fees.

Candidates are advised to regularly visit NTA website(s) www.nta.ac.in, https://pgcuet.samarth.ac.in for the latest updates regarding the examination.

NTA has also changed the exam pattern and duration this year. CUET PG 2024 exam pattern will be based only on domain knowledge questions which means the exam will include only 75 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) based on the syllabus given by the Agency. The General section paper which was Part A earlier has been removed from the exam pattern. To appear in the General section, now candidates need to opt for the General paper while filling out the application form. Moreover, the exam duration has also been reduced from 2 hours to 1 hour and 45 minutes.
