Candidates filling the CUET PG 2025 application form had to fill and submit it within 30 minutes of logging into the registered account. Also, they must have kept saving each section of the application form to avoid filling it again if the session expired. To ensure completing the form in under 30 minutes, applicants were advised to keep all the information handy.

Even if due to some reasons candidates were not able to fill the form in a one go and the session got expired, they need not to worry about it. For the CUET PG application, an Aadhar card is accepted as an identity proof, but not as address proof. Applicants have the option to submit alternative documents for address verification. Discrepancies between the address on the application form and the Aadhar card will not necessarily cause issues. However, it's recommended to update your Aadhar card details to avoid potential complications.

After submitting the CUET PG 2025 application form, students are advised to save the application form in the form of a PDF or print out the application form for future use. The CUET PG application form will have the candidate's details such as the CUET PG application number, which is needed at the time of downloading the CUET PG Admit card.

Candidates are also instructed to save the login credentials details of the account they have created on the CUET PG 2025 log-in portal. These login credentials will be needed at every further stage including the release of the admit card, provisional answer key, response sheet, and result of the candidate. The CUET PG exam difficulty level is depicted in the range of moderate to high. CUET PG examination is conducted into various streams and master's subjects, therefore it is difficult to say the difficulty level of the examination subject wise. However, the difficulty level of the exam varies from subject to subject. 

The difficulty level of the exam also differs from subject to subject. As compared to the other national level entrance exam like IIT JAM, ISI Admission Test, GATE-B, IISER Entrance exam, JEST, NEST examination, the level of CUET PG examination is comparatively low-level. Candidates can expect the high difficulty level of the examination in comparison to State level entrance examinations like- GNDU, UPCATET, SHIATS, MCAER-CET, RUASAT, OUAT.

National Testing Agency (NTA) has not announced any changes to the CUET PG exam pattern. Therefore, it is likely that there will be no sectional time limit in CUET PG 2025. This means that candidates will have two hours to complete the entire exam, regardless of the section they are working on.

However, it is important to note that the NTA has the right to change the exam pattern at any time. Therefore, candidates are advised to check the official NTA website regularly for the latest updates.

The marking scheme of the CUET PG 2025 exam is as follows:

i) Each question carries four marks.

Below are the details mentioning reservation criteria for SC and ST caste candidates:

•  Scheduled Caste (SC) – 15% of seats in every course.
• Scheduled Tribe (ST) – 7.5% of seats in every course.

Other Backward Classes belonging to the Non-Creamy Layer (OBC- NCL) – 27% of seats in every course.
i. OBCs should be listed in the current updated central list of OBCs (http://www.ncbc.nic.in).
ii. OBCs present in the State list but not covered in the central list of OBCs (as per the list in http://www.ncbc.nic.in) are NOT eligible to claim the reservation.
iii. The criteria for OBC-NCL will be as per the notification of the Government of India.
iv. Candidates belonging to the creamy layer of OBC are NOT entitled to reservation. Such candidates are treated as belonging to the general (GEN), i.e. unreserved category, and they will be eligible only for the OPEN seats – the seats for which all candidates are eligible.

General category belonging to Economically Weaker Section (GEN- EWS) – 10% of seats in every course. The benefit of reservation will be given only to those General category candidates who satisfy the conditions given in the OM No. 20013/01/2018-BC-II dated 17 January 2019, issued by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. The criteria for GEN-EWS will be as per the prevailing norms and/or notifications of the Government of India.

As the eligibility criteria for admission may be unique for every University, the candidates are advised to visit the University website to which they are applying for their respective programs. Candidates are advised to satisfy themselves before applying that they possess the eligibility criteria laid down by the University they are applying to.
Mere appearance in the Entrance Test or securing pass marks at the test does not entitle a candidate to be considered for admission to the Programme unless he/she fulfils the Programme wise eligibility conditions of the University they are applying to.

To get eligible in the CUET Exam, aspirants must abide by the following citizenship rules:

• The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
• A constituent subject of Nepal, Bhutan
• A Tibetan refugee who landed in India before 1 January 1962 to make India their permanent home and reside there permanently.
• Pakistanis, Burmese, Sri Lankans, Kenyans, Ugandans, Tanzanians, Zambians, Malawians, Zaireans, Ethiopians, and people from Vietnam who permanently moved to India.

The only platform of paying the CUET PG application fee is via online mode. So far, the examination conducting body has not mentioned about paying the application fee offline.

The online way of paying the application fee of CUET PG examination is through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI Services. Processing charges and GST as applicable are chargeable to the candidate (in addition to the examination fee) by the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway Integrator. CUET PG 2025 registration process for the academic year 2025-2026 started on January 2, 2025. The last date for the successful transaction fee of CUET PG 2025 application form through Credit/Debit Card/NetBanking/UPI will be February2, 2025 till 11:50 pm.

CUET PG 2025 Registration fee will only be paid online via SBI, IDBI Bank, HDFC Bank payment gateways through debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI or wallet. Candidates are advised to keep proof of the fee paid.

Candidates need to fisrt visit the CUET PG official webiste and then Register for the Online Application Form and note down the system-generated Application Number. The candidate should mention the required details while filling the Online Application Form and is also required to create a PASSWORD, choose Security Question, and enter his/her Answer for the security question. After successful submission of the personal details, an application number will be generated, and it will be used to complete the remaining Steps of the Application Form and will also be required for all future reference/correspondence. For subsequent logins, the candidate will be able to login directly with the respective systemgenerated Application Number and created Password.

CUET PG exam dates 2025 released by NTA on January 2, 2025 on the official website. The CUET PG 2025 exam will be conducted from March 13, 2025 to March 31, 2025 for admissions to the masters degree programmes at CUET PG participating universities 2025.

Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. Under no circumstances, candidates will be allowed to fill more than one Application Form. Strict action will be taken, even at a later stage, against such candidates who have filled more than one Application Form

For registration, candidates need to fill in all the details asked on the portal like candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, nationality, identification type, present and permanent address, mobile no, e-mail id. Also, create a password for the account you are creating and then enter the security pin and click on to submit. Upon submitting, again check all the details filled and click on the check-in box of the details and then click on the final submit and click on send otp tab.

NTA has released the CUET PG registration form on January 2, 2025 for candidates to apply for the masters degree programmes offered by 190+ participating universities. Interested candidates can fill out the CUET PG Registration form 2025 online by visiting the official website and by creating the registered account with the information details like candidate's name, parents name, e-mail id, mobile number and photo id proof.
