CUET UG 2022 Exam Dates August 4-6 Shifted for Some to Avoid Clash with MHTCET, NATA and BITSAT

CUET UG 2022 exams scheduled between August 4 to August 6 have been shifted to August 12 to August 14 to avoid a clash with other entrance exams such as MHTCET, NATA and BITSAT. Know the details here.

The CUET UG 2022 second phase will commence on August 4. The admit cards for this phase has been released on August 2 for candidates who would appear for the exam on August 4, August 5 and August 6. Some of the candidates, whose exams were scheduled for these dates had requested NTA to postpone the exam dates since these were clashing with other national level entrance exams such as NATA, BITSAT, MHTCET, etc. As a response to those candidates, NTA has announced that their exams have been now shifted to August 12, August 13 and August 14.

In an official notification, NTA has stated, “Some of the candidates who were earlier scheduled to appear on 04, 05, and 06 August 2022 are shifted to 12, 13, and 14 August 2022 due to various entrance examinations like MHTCET. BITSAT, NATA, etc.”

NTA also added, “A few representations were also received from the candidates who have other entrance and competitive examinations during this period, or who have been affected by flood, etc. Such requests have been considered and their City/date has been changed.”

These candidates will receive their CUET UG 2022 admit card later, the date of which will be announced by NTA soon.

CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 exam postponed in Kerala, Know why?

Shiksha.com had earlier reported about the students’ demand for postponing the CUET 2022 exam scheduled from August 4 to August 6 on account of the clash with other top entrance exams. Those who could not appear in Phase 1 due to external factors such as flood or technical glitches will also be appearing in Phase 2.

Approximately 6,80,000 candidates will be appearing for the second phase of CUET which will be conducted till August 20. The first phase saw approximately 8,10,000 candidates take the test between July 15 and July 20. Originally, the CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 admit card was scheduled to be released on July 31, but it was postponed by two days. The dates for releasing the answer keys and result for CUET UG 2022 are yet to be announced by NTA.
