NTA will reopen the CUET UG 2023 application correction window for a period of two days, from May 1 to May 2. The decision has been taken based on multiple student representations. The exam will be conducted from May 21 to May 31. Know the details here.

The CUET UG 2023 application correction window will open tomorrow, May 1. The facility will be available for a period of two days, till May 2. NTA decided to reopen the application correction window for CUET UG 2023 based on several student representations. They contacted NTA directly to the Helpline as well as took to social media platforms like Twitter to demand the reopening of the application correction window.

NTA has received over 14,000 student representations. In the official notice announcing the reason behind reopening the window, CUET has stated, “Representations have also been received from candidates that they could not confirm their changes (add/remove / change) in the Test paper including adding of courses/universities through OTP. There are about 14000 candidates whose applications are in draft as they could not confirm their changes through OTP. In order to ensure that these candidates should not be left out, it has been decided to open the window for updating (adding/removing/changing) their Test Papers and adding courses/universities for a period of two days i.e. from 01 to 02 May 2023.”

Explaining the CUET UG 2023 application correction facility, NTA has further stated, “The option for choosing more Subjects (Tests)/Courses (Programmes)/Universities/Institutions/Autonomous Colleges/Organizations will also be available during the aforesaid period to the candidates who have successfully submitted their Application Forms. The candidates who have already selected 10 subjects/tests, can also replace/remove their earlier chosen Subjects/Tests in this duration. However, an additional fee (if applicable) for selecting more subjects (tests) will be paid by the candidate. Candidates may note that the fee once paid will not be refunded.”

How to Make Corrections in the CUET UG 2023 Application Form

Candidates will have to follow the steps given below to make changes to the CUET 2023 application form:

  • Visit the official website of CUET 2023 – cuet.samarth.ac.in  

  • Click on the ‘Sign In’ tab on the top right side of the page

  • Enter your application number, password and security pin

  • Click on the tab indicating application correction

  • Enter the OTP sent to the registered mobile number and email address

  • Make the necessary changes

  • Verify the details before final submission

There will be certain uneditable fields which candidates must keep in mind. These fields include candidate name, email id, mobile number and address.

NTA Announces Revised CUET UG 2023 Advance Intimation of Exam City Slip and Admit Card Dates

NTA has postponed the CUET UG 2023 advance intimation of the exam city slip, which was scheduled to be released on April 30, to May 14. The admit card will be available for download from May 18 onwards. Candidates will be able to download their admit cards three days prior to their respective exam date.

Over 14 lakh candidates have applied for CUET UG 2023. The exam will be conducted from May 21 to May 31 in over 400 cities across India and abroad. The application process for CUET UG 2023 was conducted in two phases, from February 10 to March 30, and April 9 to April 11.
