CUET UG 2024 Registration Window Opens, UGC Chairman Encourages Universities to Join

The CUET-UG 2024 exam, scheduled to take place on from May 15 to May 31, 2024, will be conducted across a network of test centers nationwide.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the opening of the registration window for the Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduate (CUET-UG) 2024. Alongside this announcement, Prof M Jagadesh Kumar, Chairman of the University Grants Commission (UGC), has issued a statement urging universities to participate in this initiative.

CUET-UG, now entering its third year, has become an increasingly prominent examination for undergraduate admissions. Last year, 232 universities utilized CUET-UG scores as part of their undergraduate admissions process, signaling a growing acceptance and adoption of this standardized test.

In his statement, Prof M Jagadesh Kumar highlights the significance of CUET-UG in streamlining the undergraduate admissions process and ensuring a fair and transparent evaluation of students' abilities.
