CUET UG Admissions 2023: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be closing the registration process for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2023 today; i.e. March 30, 2023. All the candidates who have not applied for CUET 2023 for admission to central, state, private and deemed universities can now do so by visiting the official website; i.e. cuet.samarth.ac.in until 9.50 pm.
Earlier, the NTA had extended the CUET UG Application Form 2023 Registration deadline from March 11 to March 30 as more universities came forward to adopt CUET. 206 universities including 44 central universities and 33 state universities have opted for the CUET. Unlike last year, from this year onwards, CUET UG will be held in three shifts instead of two. The University Grants Commission (UGC) chairman M Jagadesh Kumar had informed earlier that, until March 15, over 11 lakh students had registered for CUET UG 2023.
CUET UG 2023: How to fill CUET UG Application Form 2023
Candidates can follow the simple steps given below to apply for CUET UG 2023:
- Go to the official NTA CUET website; i.e. cuet.samarth.ac.in
- Click on the “Register” option on the homepage
- Enter basic details to create registration number and password
- Login using the credentials provided and enter personal, academic details
- Upload scanned images of candidate’s photograph, signature and category certificate, and PwBD Certificate wherever applicable
- Pay the requisite examination fee through online mode
- Review the CUET application form and “Submit”.
Candidates who have already filled their CUET Application Form 2023 will be eligible to choose more subjects, courses and universities. Candidates who have already selected 10 subjects can replace or remove their earlier chosen test papers. Candidates must note that they will be charged additional non-refundable fees for selecting more subjects.
