IISER Entrance Exam 2024 New Notification Alert
KVPY Channel, JEE Advanced Admission Channel/ scorecard will no longer be valid for the enrolment in the five-year BS-MS and BS dual degree programme offered by various IISERs across the nation. All interested applicants who want to be admitted to IISER, from this year's academic session 2024-2025 must fill out the IISER entrance exam 2024 registration form. The IAT 2024 online application form process will be starting from April 1, 2024, on the official website, iiseradmission.in.
As per the information released on the official website and on the news page, the IISER aptitude test 2024 will be held on June 9, 2024 at exam centres across the nation. IISER offers admission through three channels which are namely the KVPY Channel, the JEE Advanced Channel and the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT). IISER will also provide the IISER IAT 2024 application correction window, where candidates who have applied for the IISER 2024 admission can correct the details that were earlier filled with incorrect information. Before applying for the IISER Entrance Exam 2024, it is advised that candidates should check the eligibility criteria and other details carefully.

IISER Entrance Exam 2024 Overall Eligibility Criteria
Below is the minimal eligibility criteria that the candidates must fulfil while filling out the IISER entrance exam 2024 application form:
- Candidates must have passed Class XII (or equivalent) exam with science stream in 2022, 2023 and 2024 from any board recognized by Council of Boards of School Education in India CBSE.
- Candidates must have taken at least three subjects among Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics during their Class XII (or equivalent) exam.
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD should have scored a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade in their Class XII (or equivalent) exam. Candidates belonging to other categories should have scored a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade in their Class XII (or equivalent) exam.
IISER 2024 syllabus will be declared by the examination conducted in the information brochure after the application process for the IISER Entrance Exam 2024 starts. Questions in the IISER exam are asked from topics present in the syllabus of Class 11 and 12 books.
