IISER is set to conduct the IISER Aptitude test tomorrow, June 9, 2024, at various exam centres nationwide. Test takers can take the IAT 2024 exam in one shift i.e., morning shift from 9 am to 12 pm. IISER 2024 Exam on June 9
IISER Aptitude Test 2024 will be held nationwide on June 9, 2024, at various exam centres. The exam will be held for the aspirants who wish to do 5-year BS-MS dual degree programme or BS degree programme from IISER institutions located in different zones in the country. Candidates will take the IISER exam 2024 to test their domain knowledge in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The exam official will be asking 16 questions from each section.
The IAT 2024 exam will be held in one shift. The morning shift will start from 9 am to 12 pm. The three hours will be given to the test takers to attempt the 60 questions asked in the examination. There will be only 60 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) that the exam authority will ask from the mentioned IISER syllabus 2024.

Marking scheme: Candidates will be awarded three marks for each correct answer. There will be negative marking of one mark for each incorrect answer.

Important Tips For IAT 2024
Here are some important exam tips for IAT 2024 candidates:
- First and foremost try to attempt the available mock tests and practice as many previous years’ questions as you can.
- Before going to the exam, once again go through the exam marking scheme and do attempt all the questions which carry no negative marking.
- While starting the exam do not invest more time in tricky questions, marked them as “Mark for the Review” and do it later after attempting all the questions in the paper. This will help you in managing your time during the exam
- Make sure to save the question and then proceed to the next one, so that you don't lose your session in case of any technical glitch.
