Macquarie University has launched course in Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science for undergraduate students. Offered by the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Human Sciences, the program is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in the global competitive sports landscape with invaluable practical experience to significantly impact various professional fields.
The Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, a three-year degree program, will allow students an extensive exploration of diverse disciplines crucial to the field. Throughout their studies, students will engage in topics such as human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, sports psychology, exercise rehabilitation, and fitness, to develop a comprehensive understanding of exercise and sports science. To enhance practical skills and industry readiness, students will have the opportunity to undertake internships with esteemed partner organizations.
