Rajasthan JET 2023 examination is at ready to be conducted on May 14 between the time window from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Before stepping into the exam know the exam guidelines, important details, and other information about the Rajasthan JET 2023 examination here.

Rajasthan JET 2023 Examination on May 14, 2023

Rajasthan JET, Pre-PG and PhD Entrance examinations for the academic session 2023-2024 will be held on Sunday, May 14 at Bikaner, Jaipur, Kota, and Udaipur centres. The examination will commence at 11:00 am and will be concluded at 1:00 pm. The test takers must reach their respective examination centres between 9:30 am to 10:30 am. Rajasthan JET 2023 examination will be conducted in offline mode. For the candidates appearing for the MSc Agriculture exam, the timings are the same as of UG aspirants. For MSc (Hort.), MSc (Forestry) and MSc Home Science/ Community Science group, Rajasthan JET 2023 is scheduled to be conducted in the noon session. The afternoon session of JET exam 2023 commence at 3:00 pm and will be concluded at 5:00 pm.

Rajasthan JET 2023 Exam Day Guidelines

The following points bring the Dos and Don’ts to be followed on the day of the Rajasthan JET 2023 exam.

  • Reach the exam centre atleast 90 minutes before the scheduled time for the test commencement.
  • You will be permitted to enter the exam hall 30-40 minutes before the test.
  • You will have to take the seat assigned to your Roll Number and no other seat or centre, which will lead to the cancellation of your candidature.
  • You will not be allowed to enter the test centre 10 minutes before the start of the exam.
  • You will not be allowed to leave the centre before the exam ends.
  • During the examination, no scientific calculator will be given to you.
  • A scribble pad will be provided for rough work. Write your name and registration number before using it and return it to the invigilator at the end of the exam. Additional scribble pads may be obtained after returning the previous pad.

Things to be Carried at the Rajasthan JET 2023 Exam Centre

You must carry the following documents and items to the exam centre:

  • A coloured or laser printout of the Rajasthan JET Exam 2023 admit card in A4 size paper.
  • A valid photo identity card issued by the Government of India such as PAN Card, Voter ID Card, Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, etc.
  • Pen and pencil.
  • Transparent water bottle.
  • Pocket-sized hand sanitiser.
  • Face mask which has to be worn by the candidate throughout the time spent at the exam centre.

Important Tips For Rajasthan JET Examination 2023

Here are some important exam tips for Rajasthan JET examination 2023 candidates:

  • First and foremost try to attempt the available mock tests and practice as many previous years’ question as you can.
  • Before going to the exam, once again go through the exam marking scheme and do attempt all the questions which carry no negative marking.
  • While starting the exam do not invest more time in tricky questions, starred them with the pencil and do it later after attempting all the questions in the paper. This will help you in managing your time during the exam
  • Make sure to fill the answer in OMR sheet given at the same time when you answer the question and then proceed to the next one, so that you hustle up at the last moment.

JET Examination is conducted for admission to different UG Degree Programme in Agriculture and Allied Science offered by State Agriculture Universities of Rajasthan (SKRAU, Bikaner, MPUAT, Udaipur, SKNAU, Jobner AU, Jodhpur, AU, Kota and RAJUVAS, Bikaner). The combined entrance exam conducted by Agriculture University, Jodhpur is known as Rajasthan Joint Entrance Test (JET). Various agriculture colleges and universities offer admission to candidates who have qualified JET for courses in Agriculture, Horticulture, Home Science, and Fisheries Science. The entrance exam, Rajasthan JET is conducted in a pen-paper-based test mode.
