Rajasthan JET 2024 Main Online Counselling Round 3: Campus Reporting Date Extended till September 12

If a student fails to report to their allotted college then the total amount of INR 6,000, which is INR 1000 and INR 5000 will be forfeited. The students will not get their refund nor this amount be transferred to the college.

Students who qualified for the Rajasthan JET 2024 Exam to get admission to their dream universities and to pursue undergraduate courses in allied Science and agriculture. Rajasthan JET is conducted once a year and this is a state-level exam.

1. Counseling Authority: The Rajasthan Joint Entrance Test (JET) Agriculture counseling is conducted by the Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology (MPUAT), Udaipur, which is the organizing body of the exam.

2. Counseling Registration: Candidates who qualify in the Rajasthan JET Agriculture exam are required to register for counseling. The registration process typically takes place online, and candidates need to provide their exam details, personal information, and preferences for courses and colleges.

3. Choice Filling: After registration, candidates are required to fill in their choices for the courses and colleges they wish to get admission into. The choices are filled in order of preference.

4. Seat Allotment: Based on the rank obtained in the Rajasthan JET Agriculture exam and the choices filled by the candidates, seats are allotted. Seat allotment results are published online.

5. Reporting to Allotted College: Candidates who are allotted seats need to report to the respective colleges within the specified time frame along with the required documents and the admission fee.

6. Documents Verification: During the counseling process, candidates' documents, such as mark sheets, identity proof, caste/category certificates, and other relevant documents, are verified to ensure eligibility.

8. Upgradation and Withdrawal: After the first round of counseling, candidates who wish to upgrade their seat or withdraw from the counseling process can do so during subsequent rounds, if available.

9. Subsequent Rounds: If there are vacant seats after the first round of counseling, subsequent rounds may be conducted to fill these seats. This gives candidates another chance to secure admission.

10. Waitlist: Some candidates may be placed on a waitlist if their preferred choice is not available during the initial seat allotment. They may get a chance in subsequent rounds if seats become available.

11. Cancellation and Refund: In case a candidate decides to withdraw from the counseling process, they should follow the prescribed cancellation procedure to receive any applicable refund.

12. Admission Confirmation: Once all formalities are completed, including document verification and fee payment, candidates' admission to the allotted college is confirmed.
