Tamil Nadu's Central University announces admission in various programmes offered at the varsity through CUCET 2020.

The Central University of Tamil Nadu has opened the admission process for the 2020/21 academic year and to enrol in the various and diverse programmes offered by the university, candidates will have to appear for the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) 2020. This year’s CUCET 2020 will be conducted by the Rajasthan Central University. The exams are scheduled to be conducted on May 30 and May 31, 2020 for UG and PG courses whereas for Research Programmes, the exams will be conducted on June 6 and 7, 2020.

The application window opened on March 16, 2020 and candidates can begin applying online. Students will have to register and then fill up the application form. A total of 14 central universities around the nation and other universities as well will offer admission based on the CUCET scores.

The CUCET results will be declared online.

Before applying, candidates are required to meet the basic eligibility criteria which is to have secured a minimum of 50% from a recognized board/university. All Research Programmes (RP) examinations will be conducted in a computer-based test (CBT) whereas for all integrated/undergraduate (UI) and postgraduate (pg) examination will be conducted in offline mode i.e. OMR mode.
