Symbiosis International (Deemed University) has preponed SLAT 2022 from June 26 to June 25. The exam was initially scheduled to be held on May 14. However, the date was then changed to June 26. But as per the recent update on the website, set-test.org, the SLAT exam date has been revised. SLAT 2022 will be held on June 25 from 4 pm to 5 pm in CBT mode.
To participate in SLAT 2022, candidates need to pass standard XII (10+2) or equivalent examination from any recognised Board. They must have a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes).
SLAT 2022 will be held in CBT mode across 80 test cities in the nation. The duration of the test is 60 minutes and there are 60 MCQs of 60 marks in the test. There are 5 sections in the exam carrying 12 MCQs of 1 mark each. The 5 sections are Logical Reasoning, Legal Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning, Reading Comprehension, and General Knowledge.
SLAT 2022 Registrations
SLAT 2022 application form is available online. The last date to apply for SLAT 2022 is June 8. To complete the application process, candidates have to do SLAT 2022 registration, pay the application fee, and proceed to part 2 of the application form. Part 2 of the SLAT application form 2022 is the selection of the law course (BA LLB or/and BBA LLB) and the institute. Candidates can apply for more than 1 law school, however, for each law school, a registration fee will be applicable. Candidates have to complete the entire process and submit the filled form online at the official website. However, the fee can be submitted either online or via DD. The SLAT application fee is INR 1950.
Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) is a common entrance exam for admission in 4 Symbiosis law schools (SLS), which are SLS Pune, SLS Noida, SLS Hyderabad, and SLS Nagpur. The courses in which admission is offered are BA LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons), BA LLB and BBA LLB.
Symbiosis International (Deemed University) conducts SLAT annually. Based on the scores of SLAT, candidates are shortlisted by the SLS. The selected candidates have to then appear for Personal Interview (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT). Further, based on the scores of SLAT, PI and WAT a merit list is drawn for admission in respective Symbiosis law schools.
