The construction work of six nursing colleges in Haryana is going to complete soon and the newly built institutes are likely to commence the classes in July 2022.

Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal has said that the construction work of six nursing colleges in Haryana will get completed soon and classes will begin in July 2022.

“The construction work of nursing colleges in Dherdu village of Kaithal, Khedi Ram Nagar village of Kurukshetra, Kheranwali village of Panchkula, Aura and Dayalpur village of Faridabad and Sadatpur village of Rewari is under process. for these colleges would be completed soon,” he said, as reported by Financial Express.

New NIFT building gets completed

He also said that the work on the new building of the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Panchkula, has also been completed.

“The classes for the upcoming academic session of this institute would be held in the new building from August.”

While presiding over the review meeting of development projects of more than INR 100 crore, Chief Secretary said that till now, the classes were being conducted in another building.

"The construction of nursing colleges in Dherdu village of Kaithal, Khedi Ram Nagar village of Kurukshetra, Kheranwali village of Panchkula, Aura and Dayalpur village of Faridabad and Sadatpur village of Rewari is under process," he said.

"The construction work of Medical college in Koriawas in Narnaul, Medical College at Jind, Bhiwani and Dental College at Nalhar is being completed at a fast pace," he added, as reported by NDTV.
