SSC CGL 2020 Corrigendum Released: Check Here Details

SSC CGL 2020 corrigendum No. 5 has been released modifying the eligibility conditions for various posts in certain departments. The candidates can see here the details.

SSC CGL 2020 Corrigendum has been released to modify the eligibility conditions for some of the posts notified under the SSC CGL 2020 exam. The Commission released the revised eligibility of the Person with Disability (PwD) category so that they can apply for such posts. This was Corrigendum No. 5 which modified the original notification. This was done in compliance with the directions from the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities.

The changes done in the PwD eligibility for certain post is shown below:

Para 12.12.1.1 of the original notification may be read as -

“For the posts of Tax Assistant in CBIC, Tax Assistant in CBDT, and UDC/ SSA in Central Bureau of Narcotics: Data Entry Speed Test (DEST) at 8,000 (eight thousand) Key Depression per hour on Computer.”

3. Para 12.12.2.1 of the original notification may be read as -

“The Commission will hold Computer Proficiency Test (CPT), comprising of three modules: (i) Word Processing, (ii) Spread Sheet and (iii) Generation of Slides, for the posts of Assistant Section Officer in CSS, MEA, AFHQ & NTRO, Assistant in Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Assistant (GSI) in the Ministry of Mines, Inspector (Central Excise), Inspector (Preventive Officer) & Inspector (Examiner) in CBIC.”
