SSC Stenographer 2019 detailed options form has been released. A total of 26 vacancies were announced for Stenographer Grade 'C' and 473 for Stenographer Grade 'D'.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released SSC Stenographer 2019 detailed option form. The option form is available in PDF form wherein candidates need to enter their preferences of posts and departments. Candidates need to carry the option form while appearing for the document verification.

How to Enter Post Options?

Candidates will not be considered for a Ministry/ Department/ Organization, if they do not indicate their preferences for it. Options confirmed at the time of document verification will be treated as final and will not be changed subsequently under any circumstances. Therefore, candidates are must be careful in exercise of such options.

Options for BRO

While giving preferences of the posts/ Departments candidates may note that the Border Roads Organization (BRO) have specific requirements of Physical Standards, Physical Tests and Medical Standards. Candidates must ensure that they fulfil all the requirements of BRO before giving their preferences/ options. Measurement of Physical Standards and Physical and Medical Tests will be conducted by the BRO after final selection and nomination of candidates to BRO.

SSC Stenographer Vacancies

A total of 26 vacancies were announced for Stenographer Grade 'C' and 473 for Stenographer Grade 'D'. The Commission makes final allotment of posts on the basis of merit-cum-preferences of Posts/ Departments given by the candidates and once a post is allotted, no change of posts will be made by the Commission due to non-fulfillment of any post specific requirements of physical/ medical/ educational standards. Final selection and allocation of Ministries/ Departments will be made on the basis of the performance of candidates in the Computer Based Examination and the preference of Posts/ Departments exercised by them at the time of Document Verification.
