SSC Stenographer final result 2020 has been released on October 17. Along with the result, final cutoff has been released. A total of 73 candidates have been recommended for selection under the post of Stenographer Grade C. A total of 691 candidates have been recommended for selection under the post of Stenographer Grade D.

SSC Stenographer Final Result 2020 Released

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) announced SSC Stenographer final result 2020 on October 17. The final result has been prepared based on the Paper 1 and 2 marks considering the performance in the skill test and document verification. Allocation of posts and departments has been done on the basis of merit-cum-order of preference of posts/departments given by candidates at the time of document verification. A total of 73 candidates have been recommended for selection under the post of Stenographer Grade C. A total of 691 candidates have been recommended for selection under the post of Stenographer Grade D. The detailed marks of the selected and non-selected candidates will be released soon.

Resolution of Ties

In case where more than one candidate secured equal aggregate marks in the CBT, tie has been resolved by applying the following methods:

  • Marks in Part-I (i.e. General Intelligence & Reasoning)
  • Marks in Part-II (i.e. General Awareness)
  • Date of birth, with older candidate placed higher
  • Alphabetical order in which names of the candidates appear
