APSCHE has extended last date of application for various CETs amid emergency like situations in the country due to COVID 19 pandemic till May 7 without paying late fee. In these times, the environment is not favorable to conduct the exams, hence, all exams got postponed previously until further notice.
Coronavirus has created havoc in the world and countries are striving to contain the spread of this novel coronavirus. India has also taken several measures including a nationwide lockdown till May 3. Amid such a situation, it is likely that candidates will face difficulties in application. Keeping in view the scenario, APSCHE has decided to extend the timeline for online application for all common entrance tests (CETs).
In the previous notification, the APSCHE had postponed the exam dates for several CETs including Andhra Pradesh Education Common Entrance Test (APEdCET), Andhra Pradesh Physical Education Common Entrance Test (APPECET), Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture Medicine Common Entrance Test (EAMCET), Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (APECET), Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (APICET), Andhra Pradesh Post-Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (APPGECET) and Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test (APLAWCET).
On Wednesday, special official of the council (CETs) M. Sudhir Reddy stated that candidates can pay fee and submit their online application for respective exams on or before May 7 and they don’t need to pay any late fee.
