TS EDCET 2023 Counselling Registration starts on September 20; Check details

Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda has started the registration of the TS EDCET counselling 2023. Check the important dates, documents required and more information here.

The registrations for the Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test (TS EDCET) counselling 2023 have begun from September 20, 2023 onwards. The exam conducting authority, Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda has started the registration process by issuing a short notice and activating the "Apply Link" on its official website - edcet.tsche.ac.in.

Students who qualified in the TS EDCET 2023 exam as per the TS EDCET result 2023 declaration can apply for the TS EDCET web-based counselling to get admission into B.Ed courses.

As per the official notification released by the exam conducting authority, the last date to apply for the TS EDCET counselling 2023 is September 30. The physical verification of special category certificates will be conducted from September September 23 to 26. The exam conducting authority will display the verified list of eligible registered candidates on October 2, 2023. The classes will commence from October 30, 2023.

Documents required to register for TS EDCET 2023 Counselling

While applying for the counselling process in online mode, students will have to keep the following documents handy - 

TS EDCET 2023 Hall Ticket	TS EDCET 2023 Rank Card
Intermediate, diploma, or 10+2 certificate	Provisional Certificate (PC) and Consolidate Memorandum Marks (CMM) qualifying examination
10 qualification certificates for date of birth proof	graduation
In respect of non-local candidates, a Residence Certificate or Employer Certificate is required in order to consider them for allotment under unreserved seats	Residence certificate for the preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination
Residence certificate obtained from the Tahsildar of either of parents in Telangana for 10 years in case of non-local candidates excluding the period of employment outside the state	Latest Integrated community certificate issued by the competent authority in case of Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) Reservation
Transfer Certificate (TC), Special category certificates	Latest Parental Income Certificate issued by M.R.O., Telangana govt after 01.01.2023

Application Fees of TSEDCET 2023 Counselling

As mentioned in its official notification, candidates belonging to the unreserved category and planning to take admission in the two-year BEd programme are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 800, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe category candidates have to pay Rs 500 through online mode of payment.

Prior to this, the exam conducting authority declared the TSEDCET results on its official website which were accessed by students through login mode.
