TSEdCET, TSPECET likely to be held in June 2020

TSCHE is likely to conduct the TSEdCET and TS PECET 2020 exams in June. Check details below.

TSEdCET and TS PECET along with other Telangana CETs such as TS EAMCET and TS PGECET were postponed by Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) due to COVID-19 and the nation-wide lockdown imposed till May 3. However, the state of Telangana is under lockdown till May 7.

Currently, it is expected that all the CETs will be held in June 2020. As per the chairman of TSCHE, T Papi Reddy, the authorities will take about three weeks to conduct all the Common Entrance Tests (CETs) after the application process is over. Therefore, if the lockdown is lifted on May 7, it is expected that all the CETs including TSEdCET and TS PECET will be conducted in June 2020.

Currently, candidates can apply online for TSEdCET and TSPECET exams till May 5. Candidates can fill the TSEdCET application form and TSPECET application form on the official websites - https://edcet.tsche.ac.in/TSEDCET/EDCET_HomePage.aspx and https://pecet.tsche.ac.in/PECET/PECET_HomePage.aspx, respectively.
