TSPECET, TSEdCET 2020 last date of application extended again, apply till May 31

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has extended the last date of application for TsEdCET and TSPECET till 31.

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has extended the last date of application for TsEdCET and TSPECET till 31 on account of difficult situation relating to COVID 19 and the ensuing lockdown. Most of the exams have already been postponed and new dates will be updated after I lift the lockdown.

The last date of application, as per the previous schedule, was May 15; now candidates have 16 more days to apply for the exam. TSCHE has taken the decision to avoid any adversity faced by the candidates amid the nationwide lockdown as a containment strategy against coronavirus pandemic. The exams are likely to be conducted in June or July if the situation returns to the normal state.

TS PECET is a university level entrance test which is conducted by Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).On the other hand, Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test (TS EdCET) is conducted by Osmania University, Hyderabad on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education. Candidates who have not applied for the exams yet can apply for the same by visiting the official websites of the respective exams. Candidates need to register themselves and also need to pay application fees as per the categories they belong to.
