UGC announces CUET for PG Courses; test to be conducted in July
The CUET (PG) - 2022 will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) Mode.
The University Grants Commission (UGC) has announced Common University Entrance Test for postgraduate courses (CUET-PG) for admissions to PG courses in various universities. The examination will be held in the last week of July 2022.
The National Testing Agency will be conducting the test and the application process will commence today. UGC Chairman, M Jagadish Kumar shared the information regarding CUET-PG on Twitter and wrote: “Application Form submission will start today on the NTA website. Programmes details will be available on websites of participating Central Universities & other Universities.”
The CUET for undergraduate courses is also scheduled for July to be held in the first or second week. The NTA will conduct the Postgraduate Entrance Test for 42 Central universities tat include Delhi University (DU), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) and Allahabad University and some of the state universities which will be participating in the academic session 2022-2023.
“CUET will provide a single-window opportunity to students to seek admission in participating Universities across the country,” UGC Chairman wrote on Twitter.
The CUET (PG) - 2022 will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) Mode. The Application will be open from 19.05.2022 to 18.06.2022.
