Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju has launched an online course on the Indian Constitution in collaboration with the National Academy of Legal Studies & Research, NALSAR, University of Law. 

An online course on the Indian Constitution has been launched by Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju yesterday, ahead of Constitution Day 2021 which is being celebrated today across the country. 

The Ministry of Law and Justice has launched this online course in collaboration with the National Academy of Legal Studies & Research, NALSAR, University of Law.

NALSAR University of Law has tweeted, "The Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law and Justice, in collaboration with NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad is launching an online course on the Indian Constitution. @VC_NALSAR would be the speaker of the course. The course is launched for empowering the citizens of India by making them aware of the Principals of the Indian Constitution.

The online course includes a series of 15 conceptual videos to enhance students understanding of the fundamental choices and teach them about the history of the Constitution and how it evolved post-independence. Those who will enrol in this online course will learn about the Constitution of India and its leading cases without paying any fees as the course is absolutely free. 

To enrol in the course, one can go to legalaffairs.nalsar.ac.in.

The online course was launched to mark Constitution Day 2021 also known as Samvidhan Divas. Other dignitaries who attended the event were Prof. (Dr.) Faizan Mustafa, Vice-Chancellor, NALSAR and Anoop Kumar Mendiratta, Secretary, Department of Legal Affairs and Secretaries of the Legislative Department, Department of Justice.
