The Directorate of Nursing Bihar is the sole body that organizes and manages the admission procedure for Bihar ANM and ANM courses every year. Who is Eligible for Bihar ANM 2023?

• Candidates should have passed Class 12 or Higher Secondary Education or from any recognized Council/Board securing a minimum of 40 percent in aggregate

• Applicants who belong to the reserved category must have scored more than 35% marks that are passing marks in the HSC exams.

• Applicants are instructed to submit a valid medical fitness certificate at the time of admission.

Bihar ANM Nursing Selection Criteria

Candidates willing to participate in the Bihar General Nursing & Midwifery (ANM) counselling process need to register themselves at the official website of the exam conducting body. Thereafter, after the announcement of the result, candidates whose names appear in the provisional merit list have to participate in the choice filling and locking exercise. After this window is closed, the Directorate of Nursing, Bihar releases seat allotment results for the candidates based on the merit secured in the entrance examination. There will be three rounds for the seat allotment post which there will be another mop-up round in which seats belonging to the government quota will be released (if vacant).

Bihar ANM Admission 2023: Result

Bihar Staff Selection Commission will declare/release the Bihar ANM and GNM results on the official website. Candidates will have to enter their Roll Number/ Application Number to check the marks along with the rank as it will be published in the merit list.
