JENPAS UG 2024 exam is around the corner. It will be conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) on June 30, 2024, across various exam centre in the state. JENPAS UG exam is conducted to pursue undergraduate courses in Nursing, Paramedical, and Allied Sciences in 24 district-wise exam zones.

JENPAS UG 2024 Exam Day Rules

  1. JENPAS Exam Admittance Requirements: On the day of the JENPAS UG exam, candidates must carry a printed copy of the JENPAS UG admit card and a valid photo ID. The admit card should be in good condition, without damage or alterations. Acceptable forms of photo ID include Aadhar card, PAN card, passport, voter ID, and driving license. Along with this, students must carry a color photograph, similar to what was uploaded while filling the application form.
  2. JENPAS 2024 Exam Timing and Reporting: Candidates are advised to arrive at the exam center well ahead of the reporting time mentioned on their admit card. The exam center gates normally close half an hour before the designated time. Hence, students must reach the exam centre 30 minutes before the start of the test.
  3. JENPAS 2024 Exam Sitting: Applicants are advised to sit on the seat allotted to them if anyone is found sitting on any other seat then they won’t be able to appear in the exam and are barred from appearing in the exam. Hence one must be careful while entering the exam premises. Students are advised to sit on their seats 15 minutes before the start of the exam.
  4. JENPAS Exam Dress Code: Though authorities do not mention Candidates should wear light clothes with half sleeves and avoid wearing anything with large buttons, brooches, or badges. Shoes are not permitted; candidates should wear sandals or slippers. These measures are in place to ensure fairness and prevent any malpractice during the exam.
  5. Prohibited Items in JENPAS UG 2024: The list of items prohibited inside the examination hall is extensive. Candidates should not carry any electronic devices such as mobile phones, calculators, smart watches, or any other communication devices. Additionally, items like bags, wallets, goggles, and jewelry are also banned.
  6. Stationery: Candidates are expected to bring their stationery, including pens, pencils, and erasers. Sharing of any items between candidates is not permitted. Use of any paper other than what is provided by the exam authority is also prohibited.

JENPAS UG 2024 Exam Time Guidelines

  1. Exam Duration and Structure: The JENPAS UG 2024 exam comprises two papers, each with a specific duration. Candidates should manage their time efficiently to ensure they can attempt all questions. Familiarizing oneself with the exam pattern in advance can aid in better time management during the exam.
  2. Question Paper And Answer Sheet Handling

(A) Candidates must handle their OMR answer sheets with care. Any damage, folding, or tampering of the OMR sheet can lead to issues in scanning and evaluation. 

(B) Since question booklets will be distributed sometime before the commencement of the test. Students are advised to check that their OMR number and question booklet number are the same, in case of discrepancies immediately contact the invigilator. 

(C) Applicants need to put their signature on the top of the JENPAS UG question paper. 

(D) Students need to write question booklet numbers & roll numbers at the appropriate places in the OMR. In case of a wrong entry in question booklet number & roll number may lead to rejection of the OMR.  

  3. Conduct During the JENPAS 2024 Exam

(A) Candidates should follow all instructions given by the invigilators without question. Any form of misconduct, including cheating, talking, or attempting to exchange information, will be dealt with strictly and may result in immediate expulsion from the exam hall.

(B) Write your name in BLOCK letter and sign on the place mentioned in the OMR sheet. 

(C) Candidates can do the rough work in the space provided in the question booklet. 

 4. Health and Safety Protocols: In light of ongoing health concerns, candidates should adhere to health and safety protocols as prescribed by the exam authorities. Wearing masks, maintaining social distancing, and using hand sanitizers are part of the JENPAS UG 2024 exam day guidelines to ensure the safety of all candidates and staff.

 5. Exit Protocol: Once the JENPAS UG exam is over, candidates should leave the exam hall in an orderly manner, as directed by the invigilators. It is important to follow the exit protocols to avoid crowding and ensure everyone's safety.
