JCECEB has released the application forms for Jharkhand GNM and Jharkhand ANM on their official website. Candidates can apply latest by September 10, 2020 by paying aan application fee of Rs 450.

Jharkhand GNM 2020 Application Forms for admission into three-year General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) diploma programme and Jharkhand ANM application 2020 forms for admission in to two-year Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM) are available now and candidates can apply till September 10, 2020. The State level entrance exam is conducted by Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board.

There are four recognized Nursing institutes accredited by JCECEB and Indian Nursing Council (INC) and Jharkhand Nursing Council which offers 140 seats for GNM programme across four institutes and 105 seats for ANM programme in four institutes. The conducting body has started accepting the applications from August 11, 2020. The entrance exam is popularly known as Nursing Entrance Competitive Examination - 2020 (NECE - 2020).

Jharkhand GNM and Jharkhand ANM or NECE 2020 Eligibility

The candidates have to meet the eligibility criteria. The eligibility is compulsory for admission. Without it, you will not get admission. There are certain terms and conditions of this eligibility. Those terms and conditions are as follows-

In terms of Age eligibility for Jharkhand GNM or NECE 2020, the minimum and maximum age for admission will be 17 and 35 years as on December 31, 2020.

There is no age bar for ANM.

The candidate should have passed class 12 from any stream, but the authorities will give the first preference to candidates who passed class 12 with Science (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) along with English. This condition is applicable for GNM applicants.
Candidates who have passed class 12 from any stream i.e. Science, Non-Medical, Commerce, Arts are eligible to apply and appear for Jharkhand ANM 2020
The candidate should have scored 40 percent in aggregate, there’s a relaxation of 5 percent for SC/ST category candidates
The candidate should be medically fit
Only a limited number of candidates who qualify/shortlist in the entrance will be called for counselling

Candidates have to fill the application form with proper and correct information. Any application with deficiency or incorrect information will be subjected to rejection. How to Apply for Jharkhand GNM/ANM 2020 or NECE 2020

Candidates have to visit the official website of JCECEB or the NECE
Click on the Notification for Nursing Entrance Competitive Examination (NECE) in the notices section for examinations
Candidates have to register themselves first by clicking on the ‘New Registration’
Candidates have to furnish important details like personal details such as name, parents' name, Date of Birth, Gender, residential status, category. In addition to these information candidates have to provide their Aadhar number along with the family’s annual income details as well.
The application fee for all the categories is Rs 450, which can be paid online
Candidates are advised to take a printout of the Application form after the form is submitted.
Candidates are advised to submit the application form before the last date to avoid disqualification

Jharkhand GNM 2020 and Jharkhand ANM or NECE 2020 admission process involves various steps to conclude the whole admission process. The admission process involves the whole procedure to secure a seat via the Jharkhand GNM 2020 and Jharkhand ANM or NECE 2020 Nursing 2020 entrance examination. The process involves filling of application forms to attending the counselling and submitting the admission fee. Below are the brief steps of admission process:

Registration/Application form filling: Candidates have to provide their personal details, academic details and upload their recent passport size photograph and the scanned image of their signature and submission of the application fee to conclude the process. The application will be considered only when the application fee of Rs 450 is paid.
Download the Admit Card: The conducting body will release the admit card at least ten or seven days before the entrance exam and candidates have to download and take a printout of the admit card.
Appear for the entrance exam: The candidates have to appear for the entrance exam by reporting to the allotted centre on the prescribed time and date. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall without producing the hard copy of the admit card.
Check Result: The JCECEB will release the answer key before announcing the Jharkhand GNM 2020 and Jharkhand ANM or NECE 2020 result. The result will be announced on the official website of JCECEB.
Attend the counselling: Candidates have to attend the counselling prior to a personal interview along with the medical check-up. Post the document verification and other formalities, candidates will be allotted the seats as per their merit.
Fee submission and attending classes: After the seats are allotted, candidates have to submit the admission fee and the tuition fee and have to attend the classes on the prescribed dates.
