Odisha GNM 2022 third Round Seat Allotment result was announced on December 6, 2022. Who is Eligible for Odisha GNM 2022?

Admission is Odisha GNM colleges is based on the eligibility criteria set by the conducting body Here are the important eligibility conditions that candidates must fulfill to participate in the counselling process:

• Candidates should have passed Class 12 or Higher Secondary Education or from any recognized Council/Board securing a minimum of 40 percent in aggregate

• Applicants who belong to the reserved category must have scored more than 35% marks that are passing marks in the HSC exams.

• Applicants need to submit a valid domicile certificate of Odisha state at the time of admission.

Odisha GNM Nursing Selection Criteria

Candidates willing to participate in the Odisha General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) counselling process need to register themselves at the official website of the exam conducting body. Thereafter, after the announcement of the result, candidates whose names appear in the provisional merit list have to participate in the choice filling and locking exercise. After this window is closed, the Directorate of Nursing, Odisha releases seat allotment results for the candidates based on the merit secured in the entrance examination. There will be three rounds for the seat allotment post which there will be another mop-up round in which seats belonging to the government quota will be released (if vacant).

How to Apply for Odisha GNM Nursing?

In order to apply for the Odisha GNM Nursing 2022 counselling, candidates will have to follow the steps mentioned as under:

• The candidate has to visit the official website of the Government of Odisha, Department of Nursing, dohodisha.nic.in/

• The online registration window will open, asking for only registered candidates to log in

• Click on the 'New Registration' tab on the left-hand side of the screen and provide some basic details like name, email ID, phone number, etc.

• Once the registration process is completed applicants, need to click on the register tab available on the website

• After clicking on the tab, applicants will receive a confirmation mail along with the login details.

• Login again with the details such as registration number and password

• Candidates need to fill in more details such as educational qualification details, contact details etc

• Once the application form is filled and submitted, candidates will have to take out the printout of the duly filled Odisha GNM application form.

• At last, the applicants have to submit a hard copy of the Odisha GNM application form to the university.
