NTSE 2020 Stage 2 postponed amid Coronavirus Outbreak; check details here
NTSE Stage 2, which was scheduled to be conducted on May 10, has been postponed by NCERT in the wake of Coronavirus Outbreak in the country. The revised date is yet to be announced.
National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has postponed the stage 2 of National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) which was scheduled to be conducted on May 10, 2020. The decision was taken in the wake of Coronavirus Outbreak in the country. NCERT officials informed that the new date for the examination will be intimated ‘when circumstances turn favourable’.
The release of NTSE Stage 2 Admit Card 2020 is also postponed and will be released after deciding on the new exam date. The admit card would be released on the official website of NCERT. Students will be required to download it and carry it along with them on the exam day. Without it, they will not be allowed to write the scholarship exam.
NTSE Stage 1 was conducted on November 3 and 4, 2019 by all States and UTs. Students who qualified the stage 1 examination by attaining the cutoff score will sit for the stage 2 exam.
Till the announcement of the new date for NTSE stage 2, students are advised to go through the NTSE exam pattern, syllabus, and solve as many NTSE previous years’ question papers as possible for better practice. This will make them familiar with the marking scheme, duration of the exam and the different types of questions asked every year.

Final NTSE Result 2020
Since the conduct of Stage 2 is postponed, the NTSE final result 2020 is also expected to be delayed this year. The result would be declared for all the students who appeared for NTS examination 2020. Last year, the NTSE final result was released in August.
