How tough is RBI Grade B exam?

RBI Grade B is considered to be a challenging exam and it tests candidates knowledge of economic, finance, and management. The exam is conducted in three phases-Phase 1, 2 and Interview. The Paper 1 exam is held for 200 marks while Phase 3 carries 300 marks. The interview carries 75 marks.
