IBPS RRB 2020 exam dates postponed for Prelims & Mains exams

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has postponed IBPS RRB 2020 exam dates for Prelims and Mains exams. The exam dates have been postponed keeping in mind the present situation of the country. According to IBPS RRB notification, the prelims exam will be conducted in September/October 2020. The mains exam and single level exam will be held in October/November 2020. The Interview will be conducted in October/November 2020. The examination authority has only announced the exam months, however, the exam dates are yet to be announced.

According to the IBPS calendar 2020 released earlier, the date of IBPS RRB prelims exam for Officers Scale I and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) was scheduled for August 1, 2, 8, 9 & 16, 2020. The mains exam for Officers Scale I, II and III was scheduled to be held on September 13 while Office Assistant exam was slated for September 19, 2020. IBPS RRB 2020 notification has been released on June 30.

IBPS RRB recruitment is conducted for Group A Officers (Scale I, II and III) and Group B (Office Assistant (Multipurpose). Interested candidates are required to fill IBPS RRB application form online. More than 10,000 IBPS RRB vacancies have been announced. Recruitment will be done in 43 participating Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). For Officers Scale I, II and III, the selection is done based on prelims, mains and interview. For Office Assistant, the selection is done based on the mains exam.
