National Bank for Agriculture & Rural Development (NABARD) has released notification for NABARD Specialist Officer. A total of 21 vacancies have been announced for NABARD SO recruitment. Interested candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria can apply the SO recruitment till June 30, 2022. NABARD is an all India Apex Organisation owned by the Government of India that conducts recruitment exams for various posts.

NABARD SO Application Form 2022
Candidates need to fill NABARD SO application form 2022 online. The application fee is INR 800 for General and OBC candidates while it is INR 50 for SC/ ST/ PWBD. The steps to fill NABARD SO application form are given below:

- Provisional registration number and password will be sent on the registered Email ID and Mobile number
- Login with the provisional registration no and password to fill the detailed application form

NABARD SO Selection Process
NABARD SO selection process comprises the following stages:
Stage 1: The candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:10 on the basis of academics/education background, work experience, resume and skillset and related certification.
Stage 2: Projects will be assigned to the short-listed candidates based on their job profile. It will be followed by a screening interview based on their project and other technical know-how related to their job-profile. This will be qualifying in nature. After this stage candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:5 for the next round.
Stage 3: The screened candidates will undergo another interview for final selection
