SSC released the post and department preference sheet for SSC CHSL 2018 selected candidates

SSC _CHSL_Post_Department_Preference_Sheet

The SSC regional websites issued the specimen copy of the department preference sheet that needs to be filled by the SSC CHSL 2021 selected candidates. The candidate selected in the SSC CHSL result 2021 needs to fill this department preference sheet online only and then take a printout of it. The candidates need to keep the signed copy of this sheet with the candidateโ€™s dossier.

There are 44 choices available to the selected candidates and the candidate needs to mark their preference in the order of 1 to 44. 1 for the top priority and 44 for the least. The specimen copy requires the roll number and name of the candidate. The candidate needs to fill the roll number assigned to him or her in the SSC CHSL exam, which he or she cleared. The name of the candidate is registered in the SSC CHSL application.

The classification of the posts is done based on the post available in the union government department. There are four posts available to the candidates. They are as follows

  1. Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/ JSA/ JPA
  2. Postal Assistants
  3. Data Entry Operator in CAG
  4. Data Entry operator

There are 40 departments/Offices/Ministries available to the candidates for the post of Lower Division Clerk (LDC). For the Postal Assistant post, only the Department of Posts under the Ministry of Communication is available. The Data Entry post is available at two places. Firstly, at the office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) secondly in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and Ministry of Textile.

The candidates need to sign the sheet and mark the date on it. This sheet will be required at the time of the document verification process required to be done before the appointment. The SSC CSHL Exam 2021 were partially postponed because of the COVID-19 pandemic across the nation. The new exam dates will be released soon.
