Child Development and Pedagogy is an important section of all the Teacher Eligibility Tests (TET). Candidates need to prepare for the Child Development and Pedagogy section as it is one of the compulsory sections of the TET 2022 exams. The CTET exam is generally easy to moderate in terms of difficulty level. The difficulty level depends on the nature of the questions asked in the exam. The CTET exam is conducted for two papers- Paper 1 and Paper 2. Each paper carries 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) of 1 mark each. Out of the total 150 marks, 90 marks are considered qualifying for the General category and 82 are considered qualifying or CTET cut-off for Reserved categories such as SC/ ST/ OBC.

CTET exam pattern is such that aspirants need to attempt 150 multiple choice questions in two and a half hours duration. A:
Candidates can prepare for CTET in 10 days, given that they devote each and every minute towards the exam preparation. Firstly, understand the CTET exam pattern and syllabus well. Spend more time on topics that you are less confident with. Attempt at least two CTET question papers daily in the last one week of the exam.
