The UPSC IAS toppers 2020 marks will be released later because of some pending cases. The Union Public Service Commission has issued a one-line notice stating the same. IAS 2020 exam is around the corner and the UPSC is not releasing the marks of the candidates appeared in the IAS exam 2019. The candidates were expecting their marks so that they can polish their weak areas.

It is a tradition that the UPSC releases the marks of the IAS toppers every year after the release of the IAS result. This year also the marks were to be released but UPSC has issued a notification mentioning that the IAS toppers marks will be released after September 7.

The IAS toppers marks are released as per the final merit list of the IAS exam. The UPSC releases the IAS main (written) total and the interview marks separately of the selected candidates in the public domain. The mark sheet of all the candidates who were selected in the IAS result are released separately and the candidates are required to download their mark sheet through their login credentials.

It is a fact that majority of the candidates selected in the Indian Administrative Services(IAS) are already working in an All India Services or a Central Civil Services such as IPS, IRS, IRTS and the likes. The mark sheet is a very important statement for these candidates because the candidates selected in the IAS could not appear in the Civil Services Exam

In the IAS result 2019, 829 candidates were selected in which only 200 will be appointed as the IAS officers. The rest of the candidates will appear in the IAS exam again and try to improve their marks in the next attempt.
